SAFETY INSPECTIONS & REPORTS

New Victorian residential tenancy laws that came into place in March 2021 now require electrical safety checks to be carried out by professional electrical contractors on all residential rental properties every two years.           In addition to electrical installations & repairs, we also do inspections and reports.  

This is essential if you are putting an existing property on the market, purchasing a property, require a rental property assessments or if  you simply want to check your home or office to see if there are any electrical issues.
